A decision log, not a blog.
Every entry follows the same structure as the Decision Framework: what changed, why, what alternatives existed, what was decided, what evidence informed it, what happens next, and what became true because of it. Entries marked reconstructed were written after the decision, not at the moment it was made — that distinction is stated on every entry, not hidden.
Entries are never rewritten to sound like we knew the answer from the start. Entry 01 uses OSG's earlier framing of CapitalOS as fundraising infrastructure — accurate at the time it was recorded. Entry 05 documents why that framing changed to an institutional learning engine. Entry 06 documents a separate, later clarification: CapitalOS is structured as its own company, and OSG's relationship to it is a documented commercial engagement, not ownership. Reading the entries in order is watching the thesis evolve in public, which is itself the evidence Customer Zero is real, not a description of it.
