A decision log, not a blog.

Every entry follows the same structure as the Decision Framework: what changed, why, what alternatives existed, what was decided, what evidence informed it, what happens next, and what became true because of it. Entries marked reconstructed were written after the decision, not at the moment it was made — that distinction is stated on every entry, not hidden.

Entries are never rewritten to sound like we knew the answer from the start. Entry 01 uses OSG's earlier framing of CapitalOS as fundraising infrastructure — accurate at the time it was recorded. Entry 05 documents why that framing changed to an institutional learning engine. Entry 06 documents a separate, later clarification: CapitalOS is structured as its own company, and OSG's relationship to it is a documented commercial engagement, not ownership. Reading the entries in order is watching the thesis evolve in public, which is itself the evidence Customer Zero is real, not a description of it.

01
CapitalOS — Customer Zero begins
CapitalOS began as a tool for founders. The premise didn't survive scrutiny, so the positioning changed before any product code did.

Removing unverified facts from the live site
A founding location and an incorporation date were published without being confirmed. Both were removed rather than left in place.

Documentation becomes reference material, not a description of it

Reordering the evidence-layer roadmap
The original plan built the Founder page first. It was resequenced so Founder becomes synthesis, not introduction.

CapitalOS is structured as a separate company from OSG
The methodology that became CapitalOS was developed inside OSG's own institutional readiness process. It is now operated as a separate commercial entity, with OSG as its Customer Zero client under a documented agreement.

Website incrementally updated to reflect the commercialization phase
The company entered its commercialization phase with a real platform to show for it. The website was updated to acknowledge that fact — not restructured around it.
